Cancellation & Refund Policy – Bonded Permanent Jewelry At Bonded Permanent Jewelry, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our team while reserving your event time exclusively for you. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your deposit will be refunded after the event if your party meets the minimum sales amount for your selected package. If sales do not meet the minimum, the deposit serves as the booking fee and is not refunded. Cancellations Cancellations made 14 days or more before your scheduled event: Your event can be canceled or rescheduled without penalty. Your deposit may be applied to a future date within 90 days. Cancellations made within 7–13 days of your event: Your deposit will be forfeited, but you may reschedule once within 60 days. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your event or no-shows: The deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded. Rescheduling Events may be rescheduled once, pending availability. If the new date is canceled, the deposit is forfeited. Weather or Emergencies If your event must be canceled or rescheduled due to severe weather, illness, or unforeseen emergencies, we’ll work with you to find a new date. In these cases, deposits will be credited toward your rescheduled event. Host Responsibility The host is responsible for ensuring guests are aware of the pricing structure (each guest pays for their own jewelry) and the refund policy tied to the event’s sales minimum.
